The Schindler's List Free Write

Schindler’s List is an impacting, reflecting history that only one man accomplish it. In 1933 started this event called the Holocaust in Germany were more than 6 millions of Jews were killed. The reason why all this people were killed is because Germans considered themselves as the superior race. This idea of being the superior race was spread by Hitler. Jews were arrested to concentration camps where they suffered from hunger, very hard work, and abuses from the German police. Since this event started, this man known as Oskar Schindler started saving Jews from being killed or arrested. Oskar Schindler was a rich man, member of the Nazi party who worked for the party collecting important information to them. Oskar Schindler acquired an enamelware factory with 1975 workers of whom 1000 were Jews. Oskar had to give brides to members of the Nazi party to save the Jewish workers from being arrested.
Schidler’s list impacts the viewer with its realistic scenes of the Holocaust. This movie is not the same about one hero who saves the people suffering around him. It is real, Oskar almost gave his life for the Jewish people because the Nazi party sometimes suspected him. During the Holocaust, innocent people were being humiliated, arrested and killed. Oskar as a member of the Nazi party watched how horrible that was and he wanted to help. It is surprising that this man helped, only one out of many Nazi party members. Oskar could be the same as the other people, killing innocent people but his determination of saving lives was bigger.
The scene in which Oskar Schindler’s cried is very reflective for those who have seen it. The war was over and Jewish people were almost free of suffering. Jews were waiting for their liberation and all the Nazi party members were running away because now they were being persecuted. Oskar packed some things and when he went to his car all his Jewish workers were waiting around his car. Everyone thanked him with a ring and he began to cry inconsolably, the scene turns very melancholic and everyone was crying with him. While crying, Oskar started to say how he could save more lives, the workers only thanked him.
